How’s your Backhand?
Most people hear “Wimbledon” and think “tennis,” but not you. After stepping onto the court for this fab new role, you’re going to associate Wimbledon with a slick, modern office, summer BBQs, and a team culture that offers plenty of opportunities for socializing and bonding while making the world a better place.
Based in Wimbledon, our client makes helpdesk software for major international companies like Microsoft, Panasonic, and Vodafone. Users turn to our client’s software when something goes wrong, which is why our client’s team prides themselves on delivering an intuitive product that users rely on. Multiple connection points are offered, so whether a user reached out via chat, voice, email, or social media, our client’s software is there to be sure everything comes up aces.
Ready to smash a ball at this role? If you’re a front-end developer who likes building new features and modules and can weave in and out of various roles with the nimbleness of a Williams sister, you might be the wild card our client wants to meet. TypeScript/ReactJS experience will set you up for success, as will a solid understanding of software architecture and the ability to work independently as well as you do with the team. Whether it’s singles or doubles, you’ve got the drive to eke out a monster win.
It’s not all work and no play—in sport-centric Wimbledon, where would be the fun in that? Perks of this role include a competitive salary and bonus scheme, your choice of tech (much of the team chooses Macbooks with two 4k monitors), self-improvement through company-sponsored hosting for side projects, and they pay for books, courses, and conferences to improve your game. We mentioned the BBQs, didn’t we? And let’s not forget the Monday team breakfasts, Friday lunches, and Friday end of day beers.
No fault—unless you don’t apply now and tell us why you’re perfect for this role!
