Developer Wanted for High-Traffic Platform and (Disruptive?) Product

Job ref: OSC1140 - Location: London

Ah… “disruptive” innovation. It’s a cliché the tech press won’t quit. How could they? Every company they talk to describes themselves this way!

Real disruption, though, doesn’t occur overnight. It’s a gradual process that builds and improves on existing technology. The public usually doesn’t notice what’s happening until it reaches critical mass.

Our client may or may not be disrupting the traditional payment service provider industry. But are they making it better? Absolutely. They’re doing it with a cloud-based platform (including a mobile app) that customers rave about. In fact, Trustpilot rates the company as “excellent,” based on 8,000+ real, verified reviews.

We need you to keep the momentum going.

In your role as a Senior JavaScript/Node.js developer, you’ll help scale a high-traffic platform that’s already known for its user-friendly interface, seamless work flow, and intuitive design. UX is a top priority. Your work will directly shape the company’s architecture, especially as it relates to internal products.

The office is near the London Bridge station—close enough to walk. The area features loads of restaurants, pubs, and shopping.

In sum, the company is growing at a brisk pace. They can realistically own the market in several (competitive) categories. To do that, however, they need the help of an experienced, smart developer.
